Procrastinate Much?

So, I haven't written in a while. I kept thinking about it, there were sure a lot of things to update on! I just never made myself sit down and write it all out. Now it has been so long this will probably be a quick summarized post, since details do not always seem as important a month or so after the fact. haha.

Well Josh and I are both doing great. We both still enjoy our jobs very much and are excited to pursue our careers. We are also thankful everyday to both of us being able to work and support each other. I took a full-time position at one clinic, State Street, so I'll have a set schedule now and maybe get in to a more regular routine. Of course I've been working at this job for 6 months and Josh has been at his for 3, so you would think we were very well adjusted by now, but not quite yet.

We had a great Christmas and New Years, spending time with Family and Friends. We also made it to the temple and were Sealed for Time and all Eternity on January 8, 2011. Which was also my wonderful brother, Jonathan's, birthday! That was a great time and wonderful experience and we're so lucky to have the gospel in our lives!!

Pixie has been doing well and learning a lot in a very short amount of time. There are still a few kinks to work out, but looking back at how it used to be, she has matured a lot! Her first birthday is Thurs Feb 3, and to celebrate... I brought a new kitten home... ha ha. It was a bit spontaneous, but I have been wanting a friend for Pixie while Josh and I are at work all day and this seemed like a good opportunity and I took it. As of this moment, both animals are on opposite sides of the couch staring each other down, randomly whining, growling, hissing... but they have yet to make physical contact so I'm thinking it is not near as bad as it could be. Then again, I still don't know much about cats, or any pet for that matter, just what I have learned while I've had Pixie, so I could be wrong.

No name yet for the new kitten. She is smoky gray with yellow eyes. I keep thinking of characters from books to name her after. I tried to do that with Pixie as well, but it didn't work out, ha ha.

Well, I think that about sums everything up as best as can be summed... if that sentence made any sense at all? I will try to post more regularly as events occur and not wait so long so I have more details!!

Oh, p.s. the kitten is super attached to Josh. We only had her here maybe an hour before we went to bed, and she slept on Josh's pillow right above his head. She also groomed him quite a bit. It was quite hilarious and very adorable!!
